Been using these for over a year now and they work amazingly for me. I'm narcoleptic and I've had a lot of my symptoms reduce in severity, but especially the brain fog. I do still have my days with it, but it's rarely as bad as it used to be.

I did experience niacin flush in the beginning, but only a couple of times and it wasn't too bad. I did switch my vitamin B supplement to a version without it and it hasn't happened again. Less more
